The Benjamin Plumbing Perspective
Remodeling can be an overwhelming process that requires input from a variety of professionals.

We don’t expect you to have all of the answers... that’s our job. Your job is to define what your wishes are and let us help you make them come true. Let our staff show you the possibilities and then make them your reality.

A Great Tool For Planning
Remember, in remodeling, you first must decide what you want when the job is completed. Ask yourself the tough questions before the project begins to ensure your satisfaction at the end.

Our 5,500+ square foot showroom (see pictures below) gives you the opportunity to see the brand name products that interest you, get measurements, and compare colors or styles. You don’t just get specs on our products...you can test a pedestal sink for the height or a whirlpool for the size that’s most comfortable for you! The show room provides an the opportunity to touch, feel and see what can best work in your home. Whether you’re looking for state-of the- art or the basics, the Benjamin showroom is the ideal place to get ideas and create a great design.

Planning To Save Money And Get What You Want:  Did you Know…?

  •  We offer faucets with adjustable temperature limit stops to protect younger children from scalding themselves?
  • There are “chair height” water closets that help people of all ages and statures remain self-sufficient and more comfortable, and put less strain on hips, knees, ankles, backs, etc.?
  • The wide variety of fixtures now available allows you to fit your chosen motif easily (so you don’t have to restrain your creativity)?
  • Many pedestal sinks, one-piece water closets and wall-hung lavs may require opening a wall to adjust the location for the waste and water lines?
  • You could put a whirlpool tub exactly where your existing 5’ tub now sits? (Does your water heater have the capacity for this change? Do you have a GFI power source?)
  • The time to discuss a potential remodeling project is before final plans are drawn up to ensure proper preparation for waste, water and vent lines?
  • The single most destructive force for your plumbing is hard water and you can easily correct it?
