Our mission is to move all projects from inception to completion in a respectful and timely manner. We strive to give our clients a sense of confidence in the quality of work we do as well as the decisions that will be made. The goal is that all of our client’s decisions are cost effective, delivering the aesthetics that are expected.

Commitment To Excellence Built Over years

I have been in the construction business for 40 years, including designing and managing projects in the private sector, for the State of Wisconsin, The University of Wisconsin, and the Federal Government. Since the time I helped my father build buildings as a child, then working for a General Contractor in my high school years and through my years attending the University of Wisconsin (while running a construction company), I’ve had the distinct pleasure of working with many different styles of clients and projects. The bottom line is few if any surprises are part of our planning and building process.     

Client Desires Direct Our Projects

We are able to take a client’s rough ideas and create the plans with which we can build, or, we can build from existing plans. Our focus, from beginning to end, is delivering what is needed, be it a remodeling project or an addition. No matter the scope of the project, we can design a plan that can give our clients more value for their dollars with enough flexibility to allow our clients to do portions of the project themselves.

We are not sales people like so many in the Home Improvement field. The result is that we consider materials and options objectively for the benefit of the homeowner. We prefer to suggest the products and brands to clients that apply to particular projects. Clients with product or brand preferences will have the opportunity to learn about viable options if they choose, ensuring the highest value for their investment.

We strive to complete all projects in an expeditious manner, within our stated budget and with the highest possible quality.
